I was married to my best friend of twenty years; then, in 2011, tragedy struck. My sweetheart and husband, Sean, was killed in a car accident. My world came crashing down. His loss left me devastated and brokenhearted. I felt lost, alone, scared, widowed with four children. After his death, we lost our home, I closed his business, and we faced bankruptcy. Insurmountable odds were stacked against me. Amid grief's storm, I hit rock bottom. Then, in 2013, I experienced a near-death experience that was a catalyst and changed everything. It ignited my spiritual awakening. I was given a message of love, hope, and peace. I transformed my pain into power, trading anger and frustration for hope and happiness. 

Nestled in Utah's mountains, I proudly raise my four incredible kids while spreading my message of resilience and empowerment to women and widows through my award-winning books.
