Unleash the power within. Get the life you desire and deserve. After writing my book, Holy Shift, I dedicated myself full time to bringing my message to the world. I help break through the boundaries that are limiting you. Grieving the loss of a spouse. Let me help you move from the world of yesterday's regrets to the world of tomorrow's victories. The fastest way to start doing what works is to stop doing what doesn't. I'm an entrepreneur, author, motivational speaker, and advocate for children, single mothers, and widows. I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. You hold the power to design your life holy shift blog. - Tracy Peart
"At the end of life, what really matters is not what we bought but what we built; not what we got but what we shared; not our competence but our character; and not our success, but our significance. Live a life that matters. Live a life of love." - Karen Sampson
Heal your soul, honor your loved one, and learn to live again. Finding happiness in the wake of tragedy. Pain can actually be a gift in which we can learn a great deal. The highs and lows of our life. Uncover challenges and triumphs. Live with passion and purpose. Reclaim your life. Shape Your Own Destiny.
2011 - Tragedy strikes. I suddenly widowed four small children. A calling I didn't ask for and one I didn't want. Then my own near-death experience changed everything. We are stronger and more resilient than we think. We can cope with devastating life events. I was facing adversity, building resilience, and rediscovering joy by finding more profound meaning and appreciation for life. After Sean's death, I was in a fog and felt numb. In the first wave of shock, I experienced anxiety and fear. I searched for answers. It felt hopeless. I was shattered and heartbroken. It felt overwhelming in every direction. Weakened, exhausted, and drained by tears, During this difficult time, shortly after, we lost our home. Deep-seated pain seared my soul. My person was gone, and my sense of security was gone too. I wanted to cry, scream and run. Grief is a roller coaster—denial, loneliness, depression. Shortly after, I had to file for bankruptcy. I was broken relatively and figuratively. I was sad, depressed, scared, lost, and felt alone. The hard truth is a painful process. If I could give you advice, it would be to do one thing every day that makes you happy.
I then experienced my paradigm "Holy Shift" at my core. Hope, healing, and peace. I let my pain, anger, and frustration go, found forgiveness and grace, and started to heal. I began an upward trajectory, a spiritual shift from the tipping point, and awakened conscious awareness—Hope, happiness, laughter, and joy. I started again, and you can too, whatever road you're on. Living in the past kills your future. If you can laugh at the crazy events in your life, one day, things will not be easy but will get a little easier. How to find your inner strength, persevere, and thrive. Laughter helps in any situation. Hopefully, I can touch people who are struggling and need a laugh, how to laugh when you feel like crying! The beauty of finding humor through a challenging situation is that you don't have to be a widow, anything counts if you are going through SHIFT… Let's laugh through the tough and find humor in mundane everyday situations.
